For imports we encourage brokers/ processors to launch validation online. Documents to be sent via PDF file/s, on a per BL basis, in 1 email with maximum file size at SMB. For Original BLs, the Original BL must be surrendered to our office before we initiate web release. Original BLs will be accepted M-F 0900-1400 through a designated person who will be at our office. Once documents are validated and processed, web release will be confirmed by email except original BLs which will be triggered after surrender of the document. This initiative is to reduce manual transaction and manual transaction time at our front desks. We also appeal for your patience and understanding as processing is disrupted by possible staff shortage and challenges which may be experienced at our designated banks for payment. The following documents are required to be submitted online: 1.
