On the instructions of the Board, RDSO has compiled a list of modifications to be done and maintenance practices to be followed by POH shops (copy enclosed). Kindly ensure implementation of these within the next three months i.e. by 31.12.2013. A confirmation regarding the same should be sent to the undersigned on 1.1.2014. An officer should also be made responsible for ensuring that each locomotive is turned out with all these modifications after that date.
