Eighth Convocation Notification

Applications are invited, for the Eighth Convocation of Koneru Lakshmaiah Education
Foundation (KL University) for conferment of Ph.D., Post – Graduation Degrees (M.Sc, M.Tech
and MBA) and Under – Graduation Degrees (B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc(V.C.)., B.B.A.-M.B.A, BHM,
BFA, BCA, BBA-LLB and B.Com) for candidates who successfully completed their
programmes of study during the academic year 2017 – 18. The Convocation will be held in Third
week of December 2018. The exact date of convocation will be intimated through web site.

Eligible candidates may apply for obtaining their Original Degree (O.D.) ‘In Person’ at
the convocation on payment of the prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/-. Only Applicants for obtaining
the degree ‘In Person’ will be awarded O.D. at the Convocation. The applicants, for obtaining
‘In Absentia’, will receive the O.D. by registered post within one month after the conduct of the
Convocation on payment of prescribed fee of Rs. 1500/-.

The Applicants for obtaining the degree “In Advance” will receive the O.D with in one
month from the date of application on payment of prescribed fee of Rs. 2000/-.

Applications can be downloaded from the University Website. Payment has to be made
by way of online payment through http://exams.kluniversity.in (other fee).

The duly filled in applications, with all necessary enclosures along with the Original
Lower Degree Certificate (Compulsory) for the award of O.D., must be sent to reach the
Controller of Examinations, KL University.
