    WSU Project Proposal

    Team: 4R
    Theme: Health

    Highlight issues: 1) Many people still don’t know the actual of function of a MASK and how did it

    actually work.

    2) Incorrect ways of hand washing among people.

    Propose solution: A survey for USM students is conducted to obtain the data (their knowledge

    regarding a Mask and handwashing). Due to Covid-19, the survey will be

    conducted as online survey, for example Google form.

    Target

    This project will be conducted as survey to obtain from University Science of Malaysia students.
    Through Google form method, we will then know the percentage of students with their knowledge
    towards the mask and it functions. Not only, there also had been a issues where a lot of people had
    wash their hands incorrectly.

    To execute this activity, we will make a video to explain about mask and perform some correct ways
    to properly use the mask. The video will then be shared to all of University of Science Malaysia
    students to spread the correct information

    This project is expected to be carried out for about 2-3 weeks to allow us gather enough
    information.

    4 11 May Collection of data from online form and analyses the data
    5 18 May Remaking of Google Survey Form to ensure the information
    shared by us had taught the people. (Confirmation)

    Delegation of task

    Choy Meng Hui – Making of Google Online Survey Form, making individual video.

    Chin Hong Kai – Collecting data obtained from the form and analyses into table, making individual

    video.

    Stephen Wong Wei Feng – Make poster about mask and handwashing, making individual video.

    Roshini Sinnaiah – Making individual video, combining all the videos into one, publicity and make the
    second Google Online Survey Form for result confirmation
