Green Cola is sweetened with Stevia (extracted from the Stevia Plant) instead of aspartame
which is what other products usually use, including Coca-Cola. ‘The gluten-free cola contains
natural caffeine from green coffee beans and is even suitable for consumers with special

offers consumers a genuine “guilt-free” cola with its lack of health-compromising
ingredients. Green Cola has gained preferences of consumers through its uniqueness,
innovation and authentic taste. Green Cola has established itself challenging other well-
established brands with a steady growth in both sales and market share.
Green Cola is one of the fastest growing consumer product companies in Greece already, ‘having
gained the second position in the cola soft drinks category with a 10% market share in the
organized trade’ (Greencola.com, 2017). In the last four years, the company has managed a
twelve-fold increase in earnings. Its export activity has increased substantially, exporting to
countries like Ireland, Belgium, Poland, Holland, Germany, UK, China and Australia.
