Subject: Emergency meeting for exit from the crisis SC IUTTA SRL

Dear Mr Smith,

Being in the situation in which our company has no chance to return to normal,
I am obliged to arrange an urgent meeting to find a solution. The business situation is
the following: the market share has eroded, the new product ideas are few, productions
and sales departments communicate increasingly less, our employees are with the
morale down and many of them look new jobs. All people need a dose of hope.

For resolving this situation, I made a list of some proposal which should be
discussed at the meeting: to define the problem, we need to draw up a list of strategies,
to delegate representatives which to make market analysis and that is very important, we
must find ways to relax employees.

My suggestion is that we should organize a training for try to bring the

employees toward innovation and also, in this meeting we will delegate managers for
coordinating some teams which focus in identifying ideas to improve the business area.

These are the problems that I have identified and I tried to find an answer. So,
please think you about all this because you point of view is very important and in
meeting, I want to hear your opinion.

So, see you Friday, March 14th at the meeting. This will take place at 10 a.m.
