Annual Report on “Canteen committee for the year 2015-16”

The canteen committee visited to the canteen on 12th and 26th Sept 2015, and 5th and 19th March
2016 for the purpose of inspection of Canteen Food. Observed all issues on what committee
discussed.

Observations:

 Canteen roof top was damaged

 Canteen water shed needs to be extended to avoid rain water to come inside cooking area.
 More dustbins are required.
 Neatness of service.
 Floor and roof cleanliness
 Disturbance caused by monkeys in canteen premises.

Implementations:

 Repaired the roof of canteen which was damaged

 Improved neatness.
 Placed dustbins and cleaning the area.
 Preparation of food status is improved.
 New water filters are replacing regularly.
 Order taking and delivery and queue management on basis of first come first serve.
