With reference to the above cited letter no.1, the Circle body of AP Circle was formed on 23-04-
2017.

Vide above referred letter no.2, AP Circle, proposed to conduct CEC in the month of June 2019
for improving membership during membership window June-July 2019 and hence requested for fund
from CHQ to meet the expenditure of the CEC meeting and also for conducting meetings in all SSAs of
AP circle. But unfortunately AP Circle was not having balance fund and also there is no fund flow from
CHQ due to non receipt of fund from BSNL management.

Again planned to conduct meeting in the last week of March’2020 so that Circle conference can
be conducted by April 2020, but it was differed due to Covid-19 pandemic. Now there is a restriction
from Govt for gatherings/transportations also.

Hence, AP Circle conducted audio conference with CEC members on 22-4-2020 and one of the
resolutions was to request CHQ to extend the recognition to present existing AP Circle body for
minimum of 6 months or till the notification of Circle conference.

In view of above points, it is requested to extend the validity of the AP Circle body elected on
23-04-2017 for minimum of 6 months or till the notification of Circle conference, so that the AIGETOAs
organizational activities of AP Circle will not suffer.
