    Proposal For the program under “Aawhan”`-A step towards Corporate


    Responsibility
    On the occasion of Diwali the Department of MBA is organizing a fun fare on 07/11/15 for all
    MBA students. The fun fare will include food items, handicraft and games stalls. The
    registration fund collected will be used for the campaign “Aawhan - A step towards corporate
    responsibility”.

    Coordinator (s):-Mr. Vinamra Nayak & Nitin Jain

    Rules and Regulations:-

    1. Individual entry will not be allowed .Group of four students should put up each stall.

    2. Stall will be of games, handicraft articles or food items.

    3. Registration fees for food and games stall is 250/- for the handicraft stall (subjected to the
    coordinators approval) which you have to deposit before the event.

    4. Profit /Loss of the stall will be completely of students.

    5. Interested students are required to give their names positively by 06/11/15 to the coordinators so that
    necessary arrangements can be done.

    6. The food /game items will be brought by the students.

    7. Final decision regarding the event will be of the coordinators.

    8. Event Venue: MBA Dept., Timings: 9:30 – 3:30 pm.
