Arizona Nursing Inclusive Excellence Program August 2018-May 2020

 Participated in workshops that furthered my nursing education related to skills and


professional development.
 Received further in-depth education about the pathophysiology of certain disease
processes such as Sepsis, ARDS, and ESRD.
 Participated in an 8-week summer intensive that provided shadowing experiences in the
medical ICU and community health settings.

Various Clinical Rotations August 2018-December 2019

 Clinical rotations were conducted at TMC, Banner, and St. Joseph’s Hospital.
 Provided quality care in the pediatric units including PICU, NICU, and Oncology. This
included overseeing weight management for NICU babies, quality assessments, and
monitoring blood transfusions.
 Demonstrated critical care thinking and used skills such as NG tube placement,
continuous bladder irrigation, wound dressing, and Foley/Straight catherization in the
med/surg units and medical ICU.
 Administered various medications throughout all clinical rotations.

● Provide private instruction to individual or small groups of students to improve academic
performance, improve occupational skills, or prepare for academic/occupational tests.
● Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support
sessions for small groups of students.
● Teach students study skills, note-taking skills, and test-taking strategies .
