Kenneth B. Walton, Esq., Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP


Kenneth B. Walton is a partner in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard &
Smith LLP and a member of the Employment & Labor and Professional Liability
Practices. Ken focuses his practice on the defense of professionals, including
architects, engineers, surveyors, medical professionals, stockbrokers, lawyers,
financial broker/dealers, directors and officers, insurance agents and real estate
brokers. He also represents clients in employment disputes, probate litigation,
commercial disputes and general liability matters and insurers in coverage disputes.
Ken is admitted to the bar and represents clients in Federal and State courts in
Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and New York. Ken has handled
hundreds of trials, mediations, arbitrations and administrative hearings throughout
the country. He has served as national claims counsel for multiple insurers. He also
serves as a panel member on medical malpractice tribunals in Suffolk County and as
an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Ken has been recognized for
his expertise in civil litigation defense work in national and local Super Lawyers
publications for seven consecutive years.

Colleen M. Palmer, Esq., Beazley Group


Colleen Palmer has been an industry professional since 2002. Prior to joining
Beazley, she was a practicing attorney at the law firm Donovan Hatem LLP, focused
on assisting architects and engineers. Ms. Palmer specialized in providing risk
management services to design professionals on a nationwide basis, including
conducting risk management seminars and advising on contractual issues. She has a
BS degree in Biology from Cornell University and a JD, cum laude, from the
University of Miami School of Law.
