The 73-year-old was part of an incredible lineup which included Taylor Swift, Sir Paul McCartney, The Killers, The Rolling Stones, Jennifer
Lopez, Sam Smith, John Legend, Jennifer Hudson and many more.
The One World: Together at Home concert was organised by Lady Gaga and Global Citizen, a charitable organisation, and the gig raised more
than $50m (£40m) which will help healthcare workers across the world as well as the World Health Organization.
Performing on a grand piano in front of a basketball hoop, Sir Elton kicked things off by thanking everyone working on the front line through
the pandemic.

Taking to Twitter, fans from across the globe were quick to comment on his performance. One said: "Stay safe, keep on singing. I'm dancing
round the room playing all your tunes, I'm still standing is playing now, fits the situation perfect I think".
Another added: "Much love and good health to you, Sir Elton! You were as fabulous as ever!"

Noticing his basketball hoop, one said: "When Elton John is finished singing I want to see him throw down a 360 windmill dunk."
