● Facilitated lessons to 7th grade girls focused on self esteem, values, sexual/reproductive
health, and relationships.
● Collected data via survey to design, implement, and evaluate meetings.
● Shadowed nurse at JustTeens clinic.
● Participated in Minority Diabetes Prevention Program at a local church.

● Conducted presentations to various audiences and wrote monthly newsletters
● Rotated through different departments in order to be well informed on the services of the
Health Department and responsibilities of each division.
