A resolution requesting enacted by the Barangay Councils and the

residents of Barangay Mapalad, Tarlac City, requesting for Financial Support
from the Honorable Gov. Susan A. Yap for the following residents who were
evicted from their houses, which were previously erected on the land legally
owned by Mr. Rico Puno.

WHEREAS, the council and the residents of the Barangay have seek the
assistance of Hon. Susan A. Yap, Provincial Governor, Province of Tarlac, for
requesting the financial support of the Honorable Governor for the residents
mentioned above.

ON JOINT MOTION, unanimously approved.

 RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of the request letter be forwarded
to the office of Hon. Susan A. Yap at the Provincial Capitol of Tarlac.
