1) Credentials will be sent to Retiree on the mobile number and email id available
in salary Package
2) Retiree can log in using this Login & password.

1. Fill Registration Form online at Bhavishya website – https://bhavishya.nic.in

2. Mandatorily required DDO Code, PAO Code, NIC/GOV Email-id & Mobile No.

Submit or Reset

 Take the Print Out of Submitted Form by Login Using Reference Code
 Self-attestation must be done
 Attestation by Concerned Authority with Signature and Seal
 Scanned Copy must be uploaded to Bhavishya
 Confirmation will be done within 24 hours or before
 Login Using NIC/GOV Email Id and Password
Actions By Head Of Office
1) HOO Dashboard

a) HOO can view the list of retirees to retire in next 15 months.

b) HOO gets SMS/E-mail alert for each activity due & performed.

2) Action -> Send to PAO

3) Action -> Service Verification

From Date to Date & Upload scanned copy of Service Certificate

4) Action -> Form Received -> Not Submitted their Forms

5) Action -> Form Verification(Reject by stating Reasons)

6) Action – Form-7 -> Prefilled Form of 10 Months’ Salary to Calculate the

Pension – Auto-calculation

Pension Calculation Sheet

7) Action – Form 8

Dues pending against the retiree entered in this form. DoE dues will be

available pre-filled.

Before filling any dues you have to set Functional Heads against the

recovery from the Utility menu

8) Action – Send the Pension Form to PAO


Action By Drawing and Disbursing Officer

1. DDO must be the first to login as retiring employee details have to be populated

into Bhavishya.

2. DDO must then generate the XML file from salary package (CompDDO) and

upload it into Bhavishya every month. One of the following options are to be

followed for generation of XML file:-

I. CompDDO: - Utility has been provided for XML file generation in the CompDDO.
OR.
II. Other Salary Package: - XML format will be made available by DoPPW.
Organization has to create a Utility for generation of XML file.
OR
III. No Salary Package: - DDO can manually enter salary details and personal details
of the retiree into Bhavishya by clicking on Add button in Retiree Details. If any
data which has been imported from CompDDO into Bhavishya requires
rectification, necessary correction may be made in CompDDO and fresh XML may
be uploaded into Bhavishya. This action will be carried out by DDO.

Responsibility of DDO

1. Retiree information taken from the salary package (say Comp DDO) in the form of
XML file, to be uploaded in the Bhavishya software.
2. DDO to generate XML file from salary data each month after the preparation of
salary.
Generate Retiree Details from CompDDO
 Utilities -> XML File Generation -> Text File Generation
 XML File for Bhavishya BPTS
 Select Month and Year
 Click on Generate XML File
 XML File will be created successfully

Go to Utility -> Import Retiree Details

 Select or Choose the File -> Import
