Every year the students, classes and schools take part in exciting new
projects and activities. These projects help the students learn teamwork.
Projects are a way for students to take part in different experiences.
Projects usually involve joint effort, so that the task is easier to complete.
Working with classmates is very fun, however, who you’re working with can
be very important. From my experience, working with classmates is very
distracting. Working with a tutor mostly helps with writing and gathering
information. For the creative part, you are always on your own. For me,
working alone is the best option.
Working alone helps develop independence. You cannot depend on anyone
else doing something. This way, you do everything the way you like it. You
don’t have to worry about someone doing something wrong. Moreover, it
takes so much effort to get together. You have to choose a place and time,
bring supplies, etc. While working alone, you set the time and place. Supplies
are not a concern, since you know what you want and need. With a tutor,
time is usually limited, but when working alone you have all the time in the
world.
Overall, working alone is comfortable, fun and productive.

Describe an annual day in your country when you give
people special gifts.

Holidays are always something to look forward to. You get presents, meet up
with friends and family and have fun. Everyone enjoys holidays, no matter
their age. Georgia has lots of national holidays, but I couldn’t find any, where
you give presents to people, therefore I’m going to describe New Years in
Georgia.
Most countries exchange Christmas presents on December 25th, but in
Georgia , we exchange gifts on January 1st. Nobody knows why, but every
year, instead of Christmas on January 7th, we give gifts on New Years. On
midnight, we throw fireworks and then open presents. After that, we usually
drink wine or champagne and celebrate the new year.
The presents for kinds are from Santa, but for the others, it’s either
anonymous or with a name attached. All the presents are, of course, under
the Christmas tree.
Presents give joy to people, and I feel like holidays are the only time adults
can act like kids and just have fun without any worries.
