Bail Petition

UNDER SECTION 497 CR.P.C. FOR GRANT OF BAIL AFTER ARREST TO THE PETITIONER.

Respectfully Sheweth :

1. That the petitioner seeks bail after arrest in case registered through FIR under section 13,
Section 19(e) and Section 24 of The Arms Act, 1878.
2. That the FIR was registered on the application of complainant where it has been alleged that
upon raid un-licensed arm was recovered from the petitioner.
3. That the FIR was an outcome of cock and bull story and the petitioner has nothing to do with the
commission of alleged offence.
4. The petitioner has been falsely involved in this case therefore the petitioner humbly seeks
indulgence of this Honourable Court for grant of pre arrest bail iner-alia on following grounds :

GROUNDS

a) That the FIR is false and fabricated having no truth there in.
b) That as a matter of fact no recovery has been made and the alleged recovery is planted one .
c) That no private witness has been associated with the alleged recovery.
d) That petitioner is Honourable member of Government High School XYZ and he cannot go to his
daily work as he is behind the bars.
e) That in aforementioned circumstances the instant case requires further inquiry.
f) That there is no probability of abscondence of petitioner if he is released on bail.

PRAYER

In the aforementioned circumstances it is humbly prayed that the petitioner may kindly granted post
arrest bail.
