Shoot Seven Plan

For this shoot I am going to be shooting in my kitchen, as I have been doing that for
the most of my project, as my project revolves around moments after a routine. I am
going to be photographing an eggshell, as it resembles the aftermath of a routine,
whether that be cooking or baking, the audience doesn’t know. I want my
photographs to communicate the uncomfortable and claustrophobic tone, and also
the sense of a household that isn’t always looked after, I want to communicate this
shoot in the way Clare Gallagher does, looking at the simpleness of photographs,
and putting the audience in the position of the individual doing the housework. I am
also wanting to use experimentation in this shoot, to make the photographs come
across as something that isn’t looked after, to reinforce the aftermath of a routine,
and to increase the tone of the photographs. The photographic techniques I will be
looking at is depths of fields, and balancing elements, to photograph the egg shell in
an angle that makes it the subject of the image, but not always having the subject in
the middle of the image as it can come across as boring and repetitive.
