It is my pleasure to write a letter of support for Ashley Baker. I have had the
pleasure of working with Ashley as a student at Regent University for the last two
years.

Ashley is currently enrolled in Student Teaching this semester and is doing an

excellent job. As stated by her current cooperating teacher, “Ashley was born to do
this job!” Her lesson plans throughout our program have been excellent and she has
demonstrated the ability to design plans that are responsive to the needs of students.
Her classroom is full of challenge while providing each child with the level of
support they need to be successful. She genuinely cares about her students and it
shows in her interactions with the children on a day-to-day basis.

I highly recommend Ashley for a teaching position in your division! She will be an
asset to any school and will ensure the students who enter her classroom will be
