    GENERAL

    Was the staff briefing conducted in the afternoon ?


    INTERIOR
    Is the Store Floor clean and tidy ?
    Have washrooms been serviced ? (If applicable)
    Have all bins have been emptied and bin bags changed?
    Are all aisles clear of empty crates/ boxes / waste/ customer trolleys ?
    Is the Live Kitchen Clean ?
    Are all the lights and AC in working condition?
    Are there enough trolleys & steel baskets at allocated stations?
    Are all baskets/Trolleys clean and dust free?
    Are there no Cartons/crates lying on the floor ?
    Are all Chillers/ Freezers/ Equipments/Flycatchers clean & in working condition?
    FNV
    All FNV to look fresh and get rid of any stock that doesn’t look fresh
    All Chillers to be full and well stocked with proper assortment.
    Is all F&V ? (not wilted, stained, shriveled, etc.)
    Are the juice machines areas clean and well stocked with fruits?
    Is the Sampling refreshed as per sampling calendar?
    Has the experience zone been refreshed ?
    LK (Retail,Non Veg,Café)
    Are all items available on the menu? If not please specify the reason
    Is the bakery area is fully stocked & looking fresh?
    Is the Sampling refreshed as per sampling calendar?

    Is the OTC section well merchandised and ready?

    Are all shelves replenished and fully stocked?

    Have all impulse fixtures been replenished?
    Have all cash tills been clear of unwanted items?
    Do we have sufficient carry bags?

    Are right SELs for the products in place?
    Is VM for the Experience Zones/Promotions in place ?
    Is Promo table/ Gifting wall looking well-arranged?
