Conclusion

We can conclude from the above that the state is the supreme authority and
responsible for the rules and regulations.
The origin of state is still a topic of debate but we can say that the state not come
into existence directly, it takes centuries for the evolution and many scholars has
contributed in its evolution like Karl Marx, Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau etc.They all
have different concepts about the nature of state and it's origin.
Today without state the rights of man can not be preserved. It allows its citizens to
enjoy the rights provided to them. State give protection to its citizens from external
invaders and internal disturbances.
Lastly, we can conclude that state gives us liberties and make our life easy . State
make laws for the welfare of people and society.
