Metal Steel Alloy Steel Chromium Steel

DIN 1652-3 Grade 16MnCr5 treated to ferritic-pearlite structure and cold-drawn

Description
The steel 16 MnCr 5 is used for larger parts with higher core strength and advantageous toughness
properties in the vehicle and mechanical engineering (e.g. gears, shafts, steering parts). The lowest
application amounts to -25 °C, the best application up to 50 mm nominal size.
