B. Plant Safety (Example: Evacuations/Take Shelter, HazMat Proc. M obile Equ/Orange Crush)
C. Personal Safety (Example: M edical [5222/911], Pedest Safety/Walkw ays, Lockout, Conveyor)
D. Product Safety (Example: Safety & Mutilation Protection Equipment, Paint Clean Bldg Policy)
Step 2 - Present Operation
E. Review Department (Example: PM P-Product M aintenance Partnership, Job Rotation Log)
F. Review Workstation Documentation (Example: Blue Board/Blue Book, SOS/JES, STS/TIS, CVIS)
G. Demo the Line (Example: Error Proof Devices, Andon & Escalation Proc, Part Routing/M aterial Call)
H. Demo the Job (Example: TAY, PS1 Joint/Fastener(s), E-Stops/Overtravels, Ergo assist & Tools)
I. Demo specialized tooling, equipment, lift assist
J. Review specialized safety precautions/issues, hazards, restrictions
K. Certify the T/M to 1/4 on flexibility chart (must complete steps for all models)
Step 3 - Try-Out Performance
L. Explain Steps (Major Steps, Key Point, & Reason Why)

M. Perform Job Elements (a few elements at a time)


N. Review Standardization Tools (connect work cycle to actual takt time -
andon, floor markings, pacing lights, etc.)
O. Practice & Confirm Quality
P. Review Miscellaneous Items (i.e. error-proofing, andon, material, etc.)
