abovementioned post. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education from the
University of Botswana and currently serving as a program facilitator at Stepping Stones
International.

The multi-disciplinary focus of my academic training has equipped me with a well-rounded

set of skills and knowledge in the domain of social development. During my studies, I was
fortunate to undertake courses on community project planning management, gender issues,
monitoring and evaluation as well as communication. Furthermore, I perused a certificate in
Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management as a deliberate step towards self
development. All these training have equipped me with the necessary background to execute
with accuracy, the roles and responsibilities demanded by the position of resource
mobilization specialist.

My work portfolio has also given me the necessary skills and experience that aligns me well
with the job specifications. As a Families Matter Program facilitator at Stepping Stones
International, I work with caregivers to enhance positive parenting skills, parent-child
communication and relationship. I have also become conversant with the procedures and
operations of an NGO environment.

I hold great work ethics guided by the principles of compassion, integrity and Botho. I have
an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with
colleagues at all levels and beyond the organization.  I am a very analytic and innovative
individual who is always willing and able to learn, improve skills and embrace change. I am
excited by the opportunity to contribute positively to your organization and to gain
experiences that are valuable for the advancement of my career.
