A. PRESENTATION OF THE NEW LESSON:

 Our lesson for today is “Different areas/rooms of a house.”

Teacher will show a house with different

 Mga bata, tingnan natin ang loob ng tahanan

-Ano ang nakikita nyo sa loob ng tahanan?
(mga partisyon o hati hati ng lugar sa loob)
-Ano kaya ang tawag sa bawat silid na ito?
-Meron din ba nito sa inyong tahanan?
 Magpakita ng dalawang klase ng bahay

Larawan ng bahay noon at larawan ng bahay ngayon.

-Tingnan ang larawan, ano ang inyong masasabi sa mga larawan ng bahay
noon at ngayon? Magkapareho ba o may pagkakaiba?( Magkaiba po kasi ang
bahay noon ay yari lamang sa mga kahoy at pawid , wala itong partisyon sa loob.
Ang bahay naman ngayon ay yari sa mga bato at yero, ito ay may partisyon ng ibat
ibang silid)….mahusay na sagot mga bata! (AP)
 May ibang tanong pa ba kayo mga bata tungkol sa bahay noon at ngayon?

B. TEACHING MODELLING
Magpakitang muli ng larawan ng ibat ibang silid sa tahanan.

 Bibigkasin ng guro ang bawat pangalan ng ibat ibang silid ng tahanan at

pagkatapos ay uulitin ng mga bata ang pangalan ng bawat silid.

 Anu ano naman ang makikita mo sa bawat silid nito?

-sa sala? ( Tv, sala set, table with flower vase, etc..)
-sa silid lutuan? ( utensils, gas stove, frying fan, faucet, etc…)
-sa silid kainan? ( refrigerator, table, chair, plate, glass, cup, etc..)
-sa silid tulugan? (pillow, blanket, bed, cabinet, etc…)
-sa silid palikuran? ( bath tub, bowl, faucet, pail, basin, etc…)
Mahusay na sagot mga bata! Bigyan natin ng limang palakpak ang ating
sarili….

 Ano naman ang ginagawa natin sa bawat parte o silid ng bahay?

-Sa silid tulugan po tayo nagpapahinga at natutulog.
-Sa sala po nagtitipon, nanonood ng telebisyon at nagkukuwentuhan ang isang
pamilya. Dito rin po natin pinapatuloy ang bisita.
-Silid palikuran naman po tayo umiihi, dumudumi at naliligo.
-Silid lutuan dito po naghahanda at nagluluto ang mga kasapi ng pamilya ng
kakainin. Dito rin naghuhugas ng mga pinagkainan.
-Silid kainan dito naman po madalas kumain ng sama sama ang buong pamilya.

Piliin ang larawan sa ibaba at idikit sa tamang isinasaad ng gamit nito.

  Bilang isang batang katulad nyo, paano kayo makakatulong sa
pagpapanatili ng kagandahan at kaayusan ng bawat silid sa tahanan?
(Kailangan naming tumulong sa mga gawaing bahay tulad ng paglilinis,
pagliligpit ng mga gamit pagkakatapos gamitin…etc. ) (ESP)
 Mahalaga ba na malinis at maayos ang bawat silid sa tahanan? Bakit?
(Opo, upang mapanatili nating ligtas tayo sa anumang kapahamakan o
sakit sa ating tahanan)…..magaling/mahusay na sagot mga bata!

E. INDEPENDENT PRACTICE
Hahatiin ng guro ang mga bata sa tatlong pangkat at ang bawat
pangkat ay may mga Gawain.
Bago gumawa ng pangkatang Gawain, magtatanong ang guro tungkol sa
mga dapat tandaan sa pangkatang gawain

Mga bata ano ano ang mga dapat tandaan na alituntunin sa pangkatang gawain?
- Sundin na mabuti ang panuto.
- Makilahok sa gawain
- Gawain ng maayos ang gawaing nakatakda
- Huwag sumigaw.

2. Learners take turns in getting a picture from the container.
3. Learners describe the picture they picked and say whether it is a safe or unsafe
practice at home.
4. Learners classify the picture on the graphic organizer

Independent:
Teacher will divide the children into 4 groups and each group has an
activity
Before going to group activity, Teacher will ask the pupils about the house rules in
group work.

Children, what do you do when you have a group activity?

- Follow the instruction carefully.
- Be cooperate
- Work properly
- Don’t shout.

Picture puzzles
Materials: large pictures of safe and unsafe practices
Preparation: cut out in 4 to 6 pieces and laminated to make a puzzle.

Procedure:
1. The learners put together the puzzles first and describe what they see.
2. The learners compare the practices what they see in the puzzles

The teacher will remind the children about the right table manners in eating their
snacks and have them do the ff:

 Tamang paghuhugas ng kamay bago at pagkatapos kumain.

 Tamang pagsisipilyo ng ngipin pagkatapos kumain.

Transition to Quiet Time:

Pack away the things you’ve used during recess time. Clean up your mess.

Materials: Sheets of bond paper with lines to make six boxes, pencils, crayons
Preparation:
1. Each learner gets a sheet.
2. Ask the learners to think of things that they see at home that begins with the
Ss
sound (words in the mother tongue are most welcome)
3. Assist the learners in writing down the words on their sheets (one word per
box).
4. Ask the learners to draw each object five times.

Independent Activities
Teacher will divide the pupils into 3 groups.

GRP. I - Writing Numerals (0-5)

Material: pencils, writing paper with dotted numerals 0 to 5

 Procedure:
1. Ask the learners to trace the sandpaper numerals with their index and
middle
fingers together.
2. Ask the learners to say the numbers while tracing their shape with their
fingers.
3. Ask the learners to identify the numerals on the writing paper randomly.
4. Ask the learners to connect the dots of the numerals 0 to 5 using the right
strokes.
5. After tracing, ask the learners to write the numerals on their own.

GRP. II - Number 5 Mosaic

Materials: bond paper, medium sized cut out paper of different colors, glue.
Procedure:
1. Learners write or trace a big numeral 5 on their sheets of paper.
2. Learners paste cut out colored papers on the outline. They may use only
one
color or as many colors as they wish.

GRP. III - Number Concentration (0 to 5)

Materials: a set of number cards from 0 to 5, a set of picture cards of

different items
in the house with quantities from 0 to 5.
Procedure:
1. All the picture cards are laid out face down on the table/floor.
2. Players decide who gets to play first.
3. Player turns two cards face up.
4. If the cards match each other (e.g. numeral 4 and 4 objects on the
picture
card), the player keeps the cards.
5. Players continue to take turns to play.
6. Player with the most cards wins.

 Build a House Relay

Materials: 2 sets of 5 large cardboard parts of the house (roof, main frame, door,
windows) as puzzle pieces, masking tape, wall or board
Procedures:
1. Divide the learners into groups of 5 members each.
2. Show the learners the puzzle pieces and ask them to say what parts of the
house they are.
3. Tell the learners that each team will have a chance to form a house with
the
puzzle pieces.
4. Let two teams prepare to go first.
5. Let each team member choose a part of the house.
6. When the teacher says go, a player runs to the wall or board to paste the
housepart he/she is holding.
7. The next players paste the house part he/she is holding until the house is
‘built.’
8. The first team to ‘build’ the house wins.
9. The next set of teams play next until all teams have had their turn to play.

 Pagpapaalala sa mga dapat tandaan ng mga bata para sa ligtas na pag-uwi
sa tahanan.
Panuntunan bago umuwi.
- Hintayin ang magulang o sundo, huwag sasama sa hindi
kakilala
- Magpaalam sa guro kapag may sundo na.
- Lumakad ng marahan, huwag tumakbo habang nasa kalsada.
 - Tumawid sa tamang tawiran.
