Elderly African American female admitted to our Covid-19 rule-out unit from her nursing
home. Several comorbidities, A&Ox1-2 but doing well so far. Physical exam reveals thin
tubing over the abdomen, but we are unable to locate ANY records since her admission two
days ago relating to what this could be for. The patient is diabetic, but staff at her nursing
home confirms that her insulin has been getting injected subQ and not through this

contraption, which appears to be very superficial. What is this? By: Elaina18

2 year old female, presenting with recurrent crusting, ulcerative lesions on trunk and
lower limbs. No previous medical history. Now presenting with mixed lesions, some
ulcerative and crusting, some bulous and fluid filled (images are from current
presentation). Poorly responsive to topical anti-bacterials. Image 1: right abdominal

22 year old female, day 21 post vaginal delivery G1P1, presenting with this
progressive rash for 4 days. Was seen on day 1 by a GP and diagnosed initially as
chicken pox, given Amoxil and antihistamines but it got worse (obviously).
Presented last night with the pictures as seen, itchy and pedal swelling. Results
attached

Paciente femenina de 66 años, presenta necrosis en pie derecho que se fue desarrollando
hace aproximadamente 2 años comenta que le fueron cortando su pie poco a poco para
tratar de curae la herida hasta que quedo así. AP: hipertensión, diabetes hace 36 años.
AQP: histerectomía a los 27 años, amputación de pie diabeticos izquierdo, insuficiencia
renal crónica hace 8 años. AF: madre fallecida con cáncer a la piel, 3 hermanas vivas
diabeticas, 1 hermana fallecida con pie diabético e insuficiencia renal crónica, 1 hermano
fallecido con cáncer al estómago.

Male 57y old, presents with mid-back rash of size around 20cm across. He claims the rash
started as few itchy lesions. Upon taking his history, it was known that he has been visiting
a faith-healer and was advised to apply camphor based concoction over it, over the course
of application, the lesion has spread. Could it be contact dermatitis, caused by camphor
based application?
