individual is a servant leader.

A servant leader is someone that preserves peoples dignity, solves root problems, and sees those who are invisible.

4. How can you help others while preserving their dignity?

When my grandmother asks for help with something, I wont make her feel guilty or bad that she cant do it herself.

5. What does it mean to solve the root problems?

Solving a root problem is solving the cause of the problem.

6. What does it mean to see the invisible?


Seeing the invisible is seeing something that other people ignore or don’t pay attention to
