Comments on restaurant building

1 Please let me know the final finishes of the building…… the one I see in what you sent does not have
any link to the house design we have.. How do we give it a coherent one theme for the whole farm

2. Please give me the costings of the outside design….. we need to make it elegant but not expensive…..

3. Your stairs going from the ground ends up in the area of the trash bin??? Pls rethink, this is not
acceptable at all…. this entrance should also be nice and inviting when the guest come from the ground
floor and they will be doing so many times

4. Will food coming from the kitchen pass the main bridge? Not acceptable can we plan an alternative?

5. Table for sofa chairs does not seem to be the correct size.. I prefer that this area not be fixed too.. all
dividers must be movable… can we rethink this area.. I think I prefer the other layout presented before.

6. actual area for CRs is ok but can we have another layout we can choose from, can we check designs
where there is a rest area,, better planning of the space…. I am sure we can give more thought for this
so it will look like one of the five star hotels.

7. How many seats do we have here?

8. we may do more washing of plates in this kitchen than in the main kitchen.. so more sinks I think

9. our steps must be of a friendly height pls.. What is material for steps?

10 our tables must have a place for a “safe” this is a photo of how we can integrate a safe.
 11. The fire escape also ends up with a trash bin on top.. maybe we wall off the hallway and open up
the stairway to the main dining room so if guest come from the ground floor they can go straight to their
tables and not pass by the trash bin and bathrooms… why 2 areas trash bins?

12. we can just plan a charging station instead of putting an outlet in each table. It can be in the
reception booth area

13.. please find some dining room designs that we can adopt.. I have not had time to do this yet.
