Faculty Daily Time Record (FDTR)


A faculty member shall write his instruction, administrative, research and development, extension, production, health and wellness activities in this
record. I- Instruction, A- Administrative, R – Research, E-Extension, P – Resource Generation, H – Health and Wellness. Biometric entries are required
as an attachment for class and laboratory schedules. At least one (1) hour a week per subject per section should be devoted for student consultation.
