PHRASAL VERB TURN

Hello everyone my name is Andrés and this is the podcast of the phrasal verb,

In this occasion we will talk about the phrasal verbs of the verb turn, some examples of them.

The first phrasal verb is turn up, we use it when we want to increase the volume of something

An example is: 'I love this song. Someone turn up the radio. '.

The next phrasal verb is turn down, this is the opposite of turn up, we use it when we want to
reduce the volume of something.

An example is Could you turn down the TV? I'm trying to study.

The next phrasal verb is turn back, we use it when we turn and go back.

An example is It's getting late. We should turn back to home

The following phrasal verbs are turn on and turn off, and their meaning is to turn on and off

An example is I turned off the light and turned on the computer.

The next phrasal verb is turn out, which means result or when it turns out something you did not
expect

An example is Quitting my job turned out to be the best decision I ever made

The next one is turn into, it means transforming into something.
