I. COMPANY PROFILE
MDLAR Allured Styling Events Management Inc. (MDLAREMSI) specializes in the
planning and execution of local and international activities focusing in particular on the birthdays
and debut parties. The organization also manages social events such as conferences, weddings,
festivals, exhibits, and fairs.

MDLAR Allured Styling Events Management Inc. (MDLAREMSI) stated the events
management sector in May 2014 with the merger of two young entrepreneurs who graduated
from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in business. The company has been new to the
industry and has been providing services for five years. The company currently employs 200
peoples at our main office in Makati and has a strong roster of event management services
suppliers and contractors.

For the last 5 years, the company was involved in the national associations of prominent
organizations in the Philippines such as Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the
Philippines (COHREP) and Association of Administrators in Hospitality Hotel and Restaurant
Management Educational Institution (AAHRMEI).

The business was the leading events management services provider for various special
events of very well-known people in the Philippines on national television. It was also named by
the BIR in terms of tax payment as one of the top 700 firms in the Philippines.

Within next five years, MDLAR Events Managements Services Inc. will become the leading in
conference and business and stakeholders by consistently providing outstanding service that
create an extra-ordinary event and conferencing experience.

precision. Regardless of size and scope, we treat your event like a business with clear strategic
goals, defined milestones, and a comprehensive plan to ensure that your event is delivered on

your challenges, and we plan events to support your goals.

II. PLANNING THE EVENTS


The following services will be handled by the MDLAR Allured Styling Events
Management Services Inc. (MDLAREMSI) but not limited to planning and consulting,
execution, marketing, post-convention activities and assessment. All MDLAR Allured Styling
Events Management Services Inc. (MDLAREMSI) employees will be assigned to ensure
quality service during the event according to their expertise.

During the ocular examination of the CHGA members on November 2010, the following persons
from the MDLAR Allured Styling Events Management Services Inc. (MDLAREMSI) will
accompany them:

III. STAFFING
As for the planning and consultation, there will be 5 employees from MDLAREMSI that will be
involved in program.

1. Debut Coordinator – Overall in-charge of the Debut

2. Program Coordinator – In charge of the program, ceremonies, documentation

3. Venue Coordinator – In-charge of the venue arrangement, set up, signage and crowd control

4. Equipment Coordinator – In-charge of the sound equipment, maintenance and transporting of


equipment.

5. Preparation Coordinator – In-charge of presentations, giveaways, theme/ideas, catering,


debutant and family.

VI. PROMOTION / ADVOCACY

MDLAREMSI will assume the promotional function of the event. Below are the planned
marketing activities.

1. Social Media
Specific website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages were generated to inform and
update stakeholders of the event. All event data, including registration details, package
inclusions, activity schedule and other related information, must be included on the
specific website.

3. Tri-Media Campaigns

Once the event is finalized, chosen televisions and radio stations will be used. Print ads
will focus primarily on lathes, posters and broadsheet advertisements.

X. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CONSIDERATION


The MDLAREMSI will be responsible for the necessary government licensing and
arrangement related to the event. The government tax will be discounted since MDLAREMSI is
listed as one of the new top taxpayers in the Philippines, a 2% discount for government tax will
be extended to the IAMP.

Invitation for the said event, hair and make-up service for the debutante and her mother,
and transport service from home to the event's place will be provided by the MDLAREMSI.

MDLAREMSI will cooperate with transportation coordinator for the picking up and
dropping off of the debutante.
