This is response to the Request for Proposal dated September 24, 2019 about the Debut of your
daughter which will be held in the San Juan City on October 18 ,2020.
MDLAR Events Management Service Inc. received the request for Proposal (RFP) on
September 25, 2019 and we intend to submit the details of our proposal on September 30, 2019

I. COMPANY PROFILE
MDLAR Allured Styling Events Management Inc. (MDLAREMSI) specializes in the
planning and execution of local and international activities focusing in particular on the birthdays
and debut parties. The organization also manages social events such as conferences, weddings,
festivals, exhibits, and fairs.
MDLAR Allured Styling Events Management Inc. (MDLAREMSI) stated the events
management sector in May 2014 with the merger of two young entrepreneurs who graduated
from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in business. The company has been new to the
industry and has been providing services for five years. The company currently employs 200
peoples at our main office in Makati and has a strong roster of event management services
suppliers and contractors.
For the last 5 years, the company was involved in the national associations of prominent
organizations in the Philippines such as Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the
Philippines (COHREP) and Association of Administrators in Hospitality Hotel and Restaurant
Management Educational Institution (AAHRMEI).
The business was the leading events management services provider for various special
events of very well-known people in the Philippines on national television. It was also named by
the BIR in terms of tax payment as one of the top 700 firms in the Philippines.

conference and business and stakeholders by consistently providing outstanding service that
create an extra-ordinary event and conferencing experience.

MDLAREMSI will assume the promotional function of the event. Below are the planned
marketing activities.
1. Social Media
Specific website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages were generated to inform and
update stakeholders of the event. All event data, including registration details, package
inclusions, activity schedule and other related information, must be included on the
specific website.
3. Tri-Media Campaigns
Once the event is finalized, chosen televisions and radio stations will be used. Print ads
will focus primarily on lathes, posters and broadsheet advertisements.

Invitation for the said event, hair and make-up service for the debutante and her mother,
and transport service from home to the event's place will be provided by the MDLAREMSI.
