Crisis faced to survive:-

Elon Musk sold his company paypal with the amount of $165 million US dollars. But this would
be an end for majority of people but Elon wanted to change the world and wanted to send green house
to Mars. He was ambitious but wanted to spend only $20 million dollars for the project. Then Elon
researched and bought parts from Russia at a cheaper price and made FALCON-1 and in the meantime
he joint TESLA motors In 2004. Elon spent $6.35 million US dollars and became the member of chairman
board of TESLA. And interesting fact is the logo of Space-X and TESLA were made by the same designers.
At that time TESLA motors was working on their first project ROADSTER. And TESLA motors hired
engineers for artificial intelligence and working from Apple. Next at July 2006 TESLA’s first product’s
model was ready and they had 1000 preorders to build but TESLA couldn’t release the product as their
budget was low and Elon spent much in FALCON-1 and couldn’t collect fund for TESLA. And because of
Elon’s fault the CEO of TESLA Martin Ebarhard left TESLA on the accountability of Elon Musk. In the
meantime Elon faild to launch FALCON-1’s second attempt. And he ran out of money more. And because
of this TESLA couldn’t release their ROADSTER in 2008 too. After FALCON-1’s third attempt it failed and
that time TESLA had only $9 million US Dollars to fund which is inadequate for a Company. TESLA was
not in a condition to give salary to employees and was about to face bankruptcy. And the CEO of both
company TESLA and Space-X was in a woozy mind to save the companies. But after a lot of attempt the
4th try of FALCON-1 succeeded and then also there was a risk for TESLA motors. And every sources of
TESLA’s fund was collapsed.

And this are the problem TESLA faced to survive but least they survived after getting a contract from
NASA of $1.6 billion dollars for space crafts Elon the CEO of TESLA and Space-X was able to retrieve the
both company . And that is how TESLA motors was saved. And we have also seen the problems TESLA
faced.
