Subject: Kitchen Cleaning Checklist

During the past week, I noticed that the employees are not performing their duties concerning the
cleanliness of the kitchen at the Catering Corner. Therefore this memo is to inform you that I
created a cleaning checklist for everyone to reply on as part of your daily duty.

» Clean the dishwasher inside out.

» Ensure that unwanted items are disposed of.

» Clean up dishes, pots, and pans after each meal.

» Wash kitchen rugs.

» Straighten cabinets and drawers.

» Sweep/ Mop floors.

» Wipe off kitchen counters.
