HOW TO USE THESE ASSETS

We want to see your jams! - The more the merrier.

To make your incredible jams instantly recognisable we want to give them a

visual treat. With that in mind, we’ve made you several video overlay assets
that you can use.

Included in this download are various sizes of the overlay assets.They are
transparent PNGs that include footer bars with the official JOTM logo in
black and in white. We’ve also included the JOTM logo seperately for you
and a thumbnail image in case you wish to use that for your Facebook or
YouTube upload. If your background is quite light in the top right area, go
with the black logo version, else you can else the white logo version.

In your video editing software, drag in the overlay that matches your aspect
ratio. We have landscape, portrait and square asset options available. You
may need to scale the overlay up or down to make sure it fills the screen
correctly. Any overlays or logos you add will need to be on top of your jam
video in your sequence timeline/editing software.

As the footer covers a small lower slice of the screen you can also tweak the
position and scale of your jam video to make sure the overlay doesn’t cover
up the footage of you actually playing your instrument.

Once you’re happy, export your killer jam, upload it to JOTM Facebook group
or the social channel of your choosing and add in the thumbnail so the world
can check it out.
