I. VISION

SAN JOSE EAST CENTRAL SCHOOL shall be the leading elementary school in the Division of San Jose City by year 2016 in terms of producing graduates who
are academically competent, nationalistic, productive, value-centered and god-loving citizens.

II. MISSION

To provide quality basic education that develops reading, writing, scientific and critical thinking skills, inculcates love of God and country, self-reliant and value-
centered elementary graduates.

III. OBJECTIVES

To implement effectively the school programs and projects the following activities are formulated for uplifting the quality of education:

 Enhance competencies of teachers relative to the latest trends in order to attain the prime goal of BEC.

 Develop among pupils’ abilities in the five learning areas.

 Make plans of different activities for the teacher’s growth and development.

 Improve instructions and curriculum for the benefits of the school children.
