    Not always woman had a significand role in the family or society. With the passage of time, everywhere
    women are no so housewife’s and they opinions are equal with men’s opinion.

    For instance, certainly the number of women in business is much higher than is previous generations, 49,5%
    of all employed managers and professionals are women. The highest-paid female executive still earns only
    68% of the salary paid to her male counterpart. Firms that include women on their senior management teams
    shower greater improvement in corporate performance.

    As a common knowledge, everyone understands that women related better at workplace particularly in the
    leadership roles. Consequently, they build stronger relationships with other organizations, partners and
    shareholders at large. This kind of relationships help any organization to grow as every business requires
    other partners to succeed .

    Most firms thus seek to employ more women in their top position to create a diversified environment with a mix
    of growth ideas. So, the role of women in business is no longer an issue.
