The first thing that any ecommerce owner should take into account is the user
experience and browsing the web. If the web page takes time to load, that will be
the main obstacle for users to leave the web.

The simple fact of building a website that has a good design and optimal
navigability resides in the time and money you invest. No need to use complex
tools. Once users want to finalize their purchase, the check-out or closing of the
purchase has to be a simple and quick step. We have to avoid wasting time in the
payment process, in the page loading process and in completing all the data. We
reiterate that the less time users take to carry out the entire operation, the greater
the percentage of return we will have to our ecommerce.

Criticism is one of the worst enemies of a brand's online reputation. The


recommendations of the clients have become so relevant that they have influenced
the purchase intention more than the price.

There are some e-commerce factors that are key for users to effectively transact or
leave the site disappointed. Among the most important, we highlight the following:

 Web browsing
 Return policies
 Shipping
 Simple check out
 References from other clients
 Opinions on social networks
 The quality of the products
 The Price
