One (1) cup of dairy is equal to:

• 2 Cutie’s/Halo’s
Whenever possible, choose whole fruits over Make 50%

• 1 Tomato (Baseball size)
• ½ Oz. of Nuts/Seeds
• 1 Ear of corn • 12 almonds, 24 pistachios
• ¼ Cup Cooked Beans
• 1 Baked Potato (size of computer mouse) • 1 Egg • ¼ Cup of Tofu
• 8-10 stalks of Asparagus • 2 TBSP Hummus
• 2 cups Raw Leafy Greens

Remember: Different colors = different Vary your protein sources with lean fish
