LOW CARB FATHEAD PIZZA CRUST – 3 WAYS

Keto low carb Fathead pizza crust is so easy to make and needs only four ingredients. It’s chewy,
satisfying, and tastes like a real pizza crust!

It’s already low carb and gluten-free, but now it’s more accessible than ever. The original version was
made with almond flour. With these options, it can support allergies or use ingredients that you have:

• Choose the flour of your choice – almond flour, coconut flour, or golden flax seed meal!
• Dairy allergy? Use vegan cheeses.
• Nut allergy? Use coconut flour.
• Nut and coconut allergy? Use (golden) flax seed meal.

All of these versions use the same simple process, and have only 1-2 grams net carbs per serving.

Just use these ingredients and amounts:

1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes)
1 large Egg (beaten)
3/4 cup Almond flour

…WITH COCONUT FLOUR


1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes)
2 large Eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup Coconut flour

…WITH (GOLDEN) FLAX SEED MEAL


1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes)
1 large Egg (beaten)
3/4 cup Flax seed meal (preferably golden)
