The Stakeholders Analysis

The Galax Nursing home is a private hospital that strives and to improve the quality of

life of people through the provision of high-quality care for the clients (patients). The Galax

Nursing Home has a couple of stakeholders who collectively contribute to the running and

existence of the facility. The following are the main stakeholders of whom without them the

facility cannot stand.

The clients (patients), entails the health care service seeks. Constitutes set of individuals for

whom the facility was set to serve and take care of to improve their quality of life. The facility

services all clients provided the clients can afford to pay for the service and the service

required is within their scope. Besides, the workers, are also key stakeholders who when

withdrew their services the facility cannot run. This particular set of individuals offers care &

services to the clients depending on the roles assigned to them and the department under

which they serve. They are key drivers whose performance either build or destroy the

reputation of the facility. The management (administrators) are the policy makers that govern

the running of the institution. Their role determines the quality of services the clients receive

as they supervise and mandate the employees beneath them.
