Dated: 01.11.2018 To, The Chairman, Airport Authority of India, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan. Subject: Renewal / Re-issue of existing AEPs expiring on 31. 12.2013 for a period of One year i.e. upto 31.12.2014 MCA vide letters No. 13024/25/2009-AS dated 30.10.2013, directed that the existing permanent laminated AEPs which are going to expire on 31.12.2013 may be further renewed / extended for a period of one year beyond 31.12.2013 The following procedure will be followed: a) All applications for AEPs will be submitted online through the concerned Airport Operator. b) Printing and lamination of AEPs shall be done by AAI at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Amritsar & Guwahati. AAI will also be responsible for ensuring availability of hardwares, all consumables & stationery to maintain uniformity of AEPs at all the airports. AAI will also keep all the account of AEPs. AAI may charge a fee of Rs. 50/- against each AEP from the concerned applicant / agency except from the Government departments. AAI will dispatch the AEPs to AO for further distribution to respective stake holders / agencies. ' 6) RDCOS / Authorized Officer(s) of BCAS will be responsible for its @ correctness and authenticity and will sign on each AEP after printing| d) All the Airport Operators will upload photo and signature of the applicants. who apply online for AEP, after due approval of PIC Committee. The airport operator would recommend the AEP application for approval of concerned RDCOS. They will also be responsible to maintain proper records of issuance of AEPs etc. It is reiterated that all thé existing AEPs should be printed / issued well in time and no extension beyond 31.12.2013 will be granted RDCOS / Airport Operators will inform to all entities to send thei applications immediately without lapse of time.
