Main Tasks phone, e-mail and social media or meeting in person to encourage sales and orders.

Duties will include:


● Speaking to existing and new clients and book appointment
● Generating reports
● Dealing with customer on the telephone and face to face
● Calling companies and meeting potential clients
● Identify potential clients
● Work with technical staff as necessary and other internal colleagues to meet
customer needs.
● Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
● Keep CRM system updated, recording activity
● General administration duties

Important Training will be provided by Northampton College. If the apprentice that we placed
Employer continues working for the employer and does not start their apprenticeship with
Information Northampton College then your company will incur a recruitment charge of £500.
The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.90 an hour. This rate
applies to apprentices under 18 and those aged 18 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged
18 or over and have completed their first year.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their
apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
