o For all of the above articles the key public is the students and professors in
regards to how they are currently being effected by COVID 19 and what the
university is doing to best serve them in this time in regards to advising, safety,
finances, grades, etc.
Short narrative of overall effectiveness
o All students have all been very intrigued/scared in regards to how their grades,
finances, etc will be effected by the virus and this newsletter not only answers this
question but informs the reader that they will have more control over how their
grades are effected and then informs them on how to change the grading scale. I
can confidently state that every student is likely to be very intrigued by this
newsletter and all the articles included. The newsletter does a great job of getting
to the point of the letter and communicating clearly what is being done. I belive
this newsletter is very effective and helpful for the intended key public
