TOUR ITINERARY :

Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair

On arrival at Port Blair in the morning by flight, you will be received and transfer to your hotel. After lunch at 3.00 pm
visit for a beautiful Carbyn’s Cove sea beach, there after proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at
Cellular Jail at 7.00 pm ( English show), where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Night stay
at port Blair.

Day 2: Port Blair – Havelock Island

Early morning you will be taken to Phoniex bay Harbour to take a Private ferry In Havelock Island our representatives
will be there to meet you in the Havelock Harbour and take you to the Resort by Ac vehicle and assist you to do Resort
check in formalities. After a short time for leisure have lunch and proceed towards Radhanagar Beach. Overnight stay at
Havelock.

Day 3: Havelock – Neil Island

In morning after breakfast kindly checkout the resort and we take you to the havelcok harbor to catch Private ferry for
Neil Island. On arrival at Neil Island, our representative will receive and escort you to check-in to the resort. After
relaxation trip to Neil Sightseeing, laxmanpur , Bharatpur & Howra Bridge Overnight stay at Neil Island.

Day 4: Neil Island- Port Blair

In morning after breakfast check out and departure from hotel and complete few sightseeing of Neil Island and move
towards Neil Island harbor to take private ferry for port Blair. On arrival at Port Blair Island, our representative will
receive you and check in at Resort/hotel Stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 5:- Departure Day

Today check-out from your hotel and get transferred to the airport for your return flight out of Port Blair.

 Below 5 Year Child is on Complementary basis.

 In case of non availability of Rooms similar Category Hotels will be provided.
 Itinerary if given is purely suggestive and optional and services will be provided only as per the quote.
 Most of the Hotels Check in Time is 12 Noon and check out 11 am. Early Check in and Late check out
only as per availability and any extension is completely the discretion of the Hotel.
 Most of the destination there are no classified Star Hotels and the hotels we provide will be with Similar
facility Hotels.
 The below rate is applicable if the booking with accommodation & transportation together.
 The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet.
 All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
 The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as
specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.

Terms & Condition

Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:

1st Payment: 30% - at the time of Booking.
2nd Payment: 30% - of the Booking Amount (After getting confirmation voucher)
3rd Payment: 40% of the Booking Amount 7 Days prior to departure date.
For Booking Flight Ticket we charge 100% amount.
Payment terms are subject to change depends on the travel dates and hotels
payment policy.

Our Cancellation Policy:
 Before 45 days to the departure : Rs. 1000/- Per Person  
 From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost
 From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost
 From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost
 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
 Retention may be charged on case to case basis.
 If we have notified you a different cancellation rule, then the above rule will not be applicable.
 No refund is admissible if service is cancelled due to force majeure events such as acts of God, civil /
political disturbances or events beyond our control. Proof of Identity:
 As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo Identity (Voters ID,
Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed forces identity card etc.).
 It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid Visas or PIO
(Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
