The Small Print/Contractual Terms

A full draft tenancy agreement is available on request. A summary of the contract
terms is as follows;

-  Tenants deal direct with the owner, Dr. McKie a local doctor.
-  There will be no agent and therefore no agents’fees
-  There will be no hidden charges
-  Fully furnished – lots of items are new.
-  Tenant can move in with clothes and food – that is all!!!!
-  Students are welcome
-  Minimum contract is six months – early termination fees apply.
-  One months deposit required to secure the apartment
-  Rent is paid one month up front.
-  No smokers.
-  Your rent does include;

- Unlimited wifi. This will work the day you move into the apartment.

- Phone calls you make from the phone supplied
- Council tax (although this is free for most full-time students)

-  Apartment has been professionally cleaned. Tenants must leave it professionally
cleaned or landlord arranges professional cleaning with deduction from deposit.
-  Tenant must comply with the regulations of the apartment block such as noise levels,
no pets, no business use, no illegal activities etc.
