MY HEALTH CAREER

PLAN

My interest is   outdoor activities because it can prevent a wide range of health


problems. And researcher indicates that hiking or walking grows brains. And
outdoor activities help you to relief your stress, enhanced physical strength and
stamina. Overcoming your fears, having better mental functioning and
development of desire to stay fit.

So, besides providing an exhilarating experience, the adventurous sports or


other activities tend to make you healthier and more cautious in life. So, if you love
getting into adventures, there have another significant reason as well for you to
love this habit of yours even more.
