My interest is outdoor activities because it can prevent a wide range of health
problems. And researcher indicates that hiking or walking grows brains. And outdoor activities help you to relief your stress, enhanced physical strength and stamina. Overcoming your fears, having better mental functioning and development of desire to stay fit.
So, besides providing an exhilarating experience, the adventurous sports or
