    1) Basement construction duly fixing pan, P-Trap and junction Box pipelines upto leach pits.

    3)Superstructure (Walls) acceptable to the beneficiary with ventilation.

    4)Size of Toilet as per the beneficiary requirement as per the site conditions only.

    The incentive of Rs. 12000/- / 15000/- is recommended.
