JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Event Manager roles can vary depending on the company and the industry
they work. They are responsible for planning, organizing, managing and
coordinating various types of events. Usually, they coordinate meeting with
clients to determine details about events.
Catering a caterer provides transport and prepares food for the clients. The
responsibilities of the caterers also includes serving the foods and cleaning it
up afterwards.
Event Concept
I will be classy & classic 18th birthday of Sam Margaret. Ball Party will be on
February14, 2020 at Palazzo Antonio Tibig Lipa City. Guest is expected to
come before 6:00 pm withtheir suits and pants for men and Classy gown for
women.

General Information
4. Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client
acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is
requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that the
Company’s work is constantly evolving; that the Company's services are of a
unique and artistic nature; that the photos and or video may be different
from photos and or video done by the company in the past; and that in
creating the photos or videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment
to create images consistent with our personal judgment to create images and
videos consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from
the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, client
acknowledges that the photos or videos shall not be subject to rejection on
the basis of taste or esthetic criteria.
5. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason up
to 5 days after the date of down payment. Should the client terminate the
contract, all money paid minus the retainer which is 25% of total
cost will be refunded.
6. The client has critically viewed samples of Jolo Photograph & Design video
and/or photo work and hereby grants full editorial and production control to
_____________________ for all aspects of the production and post-
production services for the event. In the event a particular segment of the
event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited
master tape, it is at the sole discretion of ___Jolo Aldover___ as the exclusive
producer of the event video recording. Changes requested to the final video
after delivery to client are charged at a rate of __PHP7,000.00__/ hour.
8. If __Jolo Photograph & Design__ fails to comply with the terms of this
agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of ___Jolo Photograph
& Design__, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts
of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable
equipment failure, ______________________ liability is limited only to a
refund of all monies received.

Catering Contract

The Client hereby agrees that the Caterer will provide the following catering
services:
The Caterer hereby reserves the right to make small adjustments to the
menu if certain ingredients are not available due to reasons that are beyond
the Caterer's control.
The Client shall pay the Caterer PHP___650 php___ per person in attendance
at the event.
The Client also agrees to pay the Caterer any additional services that are not
included in this Catering Contract.
The Caterer will not be held liable for any loss that results from not fulfilling
If the catered event is cancelled by the Client then the Caterer will receive 25
% of the total estimated charges for the cancelled event.
The Caterer will maintain a general liability insurance policy during the term
of this Catering Contract and the Client agrees to hold the Caterer harmless
for any damage, theft or loss of the Caterer's equipment, plates and utensils
including any motor vehicles that may occur at the catered event by anyone
attending the event.
If either party brings a suit or other action against the other to enforce this
Catering Contract or seek for damages with respect to the default of above
listed obligations. The party that is ruled in favor shall be due the recovery of
all costs and reasonable attorney fees.
