h Our company is one of the best middle segment

Proposa companies in the industry of Elevators. The


company worked with many well-known
companies as well as restaurants, this company’s
l Brief sales mainly depends on the reputation process.
Moreover, the company works with a lot of
suppliers; which gives it a competitive
advantage because it customizes to the wants of the customer with a reasonable
price.

Note: we chose this topic which is a company specialized in elevators because


we want to make this project as realistic as possible and we were interested to
further discover the market of elevators, especially that there is not enough
research done in this field. We also did discussions with the decision maker and
during the discussion, the decision maker refused to make the company’s name
recognized. He welcomed the idea of us doing research to study the market. Yet
we are unauthorized to say the name of the company and during the project we
will refer to as company X. the research proposal main objective is to help
company X to increase its sales. In the following pages are the work we done
till this point. all the following pages are supported by discussions with decision
makers and interviews with industry expert to ensure the credibility of our
proposal.

To collect information about the strengths and weaknesses of company X versus


the competitors.

Marketing research problem:

To increase the sales and the market share of the company.
